Lilesville man arrested in Wadesboro on drug charges

Wadesboro police arrested a Lilesville man on felony drug charges on Sunday.

Officers found Adam Thomas Hildreth, 27, asleep in the driver’s seat of a suspicious vehicle that was parked in the lot of a local business. Upon further investigation, officers discovered and seized cocaine and drug paraphernalia from the vehicle, according to Captain Brandon Chewning with the Wadesboro Police Department.

Hildreth is charged with felony possession of a schedule two drug (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). His bond is set at $6,000 secure and he will appear in court on June 9.
