Margaret Louise Rogers Gorski, 85, died Sept. 5, 2011 at Carolinas Medical Center Mercy in Charlotte.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Sept. 8 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home with the Rev. George Senter officiating. Entombment followed in the mausoleum at Anson Memorial Park.
She was born April 24, 1926 in Stanly County to the late Robert Lee Rogers and Etta Jean Hunter Rogers. She was retired from Coppers Corporation.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy “Butch” and Frankie Brewer of Hamptonville and Victor and Elaine Gorski of Wadesboro; her daughter, Pamela Brewer of Wadesboro; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Jim Dezarn of Winston-Salem and Jackie and Wilbert Leonard of Elkin.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Raymond Paul Gorski, and her brothers and sisters, Bobby, Jimmy, Richard, Chester, Walter, James and Linda Rogers and Gladys Sprinkle, preceded her in death.
