Tyler Harrington graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University on May 14.
Harrington earned a bachelor’s in family consumer science and graduated with honors and several awards. She was inducted into the Omni Honor Society for Academic Achievement and was on the Dean’s List from 2012-2016.
She is the daughter of Sheldon and Mary Harrington, of Wadesboro, and the granddaughter of Rosetta Harrington, of Lilesville.
Harrington said she thanks her teachers, Jackee Liles, Sylvia McLendon and Donna Franklin, who inspired her to succeed, as well as Patricia Little Williams and Vanie Holmes for their encouragement.
