ANSON COUNTY — A deputy was involved in a shooting Friday morning in Anson County, officials said.
The deputy was responding to a domestic call. The deputy is OK. The person who was shot may have life-threatening injuries.
The deputy shot the person around 11:15 a.m. in the area of Standback Ferry Road near Iceplant Road in Wadesboro.
The State Bureau of Investigation will investigate the shooting.
