The second Stomp Out Cancer Walk is planned for Oct. 19 at the United Methodist Church in Ansonville, with registration starting at 9 a.m.


The walk is designed to help bring awareness to all forms of cancer. Participants are asked to register on the day of the event. The funds raised from the event will be distributed among people with cancer.

In preparation for next Saturday’s walk, Girl Scout Troop 3525 recently donated $100.
