Each year in France, the Beaujolais region releases a wine called Nouveau, or new, that has only aged for 6 weeks. According to French law, the wine cannot be opened until midnight on the third Thursday in November. On that day, people all over France wait until that precise moment to pop the corks and start the celebration. We didn't want to miss out on all the fun, so we'll be celebrating the release of the 2012 vintage of Georges Duboeuf's Beaujolais Nouveau with them. Our party starts at 6:00pm our time -- Midnight in Paris. Come celebrate with us and enjoy the wine, music and crêpes.
