J. Mack Coley Jr. and Eloise Coley will be celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on Nov. 14, 2012.
Justice of the Peace Mr. Cameron married the couple at his home in November 1942 in Chesterfield, S.C.
J. Mack Coley Jr. served three years in World War II and is a master mason at the Kilwinning Lodge No. 64 in Wadesboro. “Our heavenly father has been wonderful to us,” he said, “and we still love each other after all these years.”
The Coleys have four children and two grandchildren.
