County Manager Lawrence Gatewood provided the above aerial shot of the new emergency services center on Country Club Road. The construction is on schedule, Gatewood said. “Construction should be completed in December 2013 and the project is on budget,” he added. “We continue to work very closely with our partners at Moseley Architects, Messer Construction Co., and Anson Bank and Trust to make sure that the facility is well constructed and completed on time and within budget.” Ground was broken on the new center in February. — Abby Cavenaugh, Editor
