Joyce Ellia Gillette Cross, 70, died Dec. 23, 2008 at Autumn Care Nursing Home.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday at Harvest Ministries in Wadesboro.
She was born Aug. 27, 1938 in Johnson City, Tenn. to the late Lawrence Gillette and Mary Slagel Gillette.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Cross, of the home; sons, Roger of Peachland and Lawrence of Albemarle; brother, Gary Gillette of Johnson City, Tenn.; sisters, Alta Dellah Fagon and Sandra Armour of Maryland and Phyllis Copas and Jean Keller of Johnson City, Tenn.
The services are in the care of Morgan & Son Funeral Home.
