The Lilesville Elementary School Staff and PTO Council recently hosted a “Uniform Swap” to assist students with meeting the expectations of the Anson County Schools Student Dress Code Policy.

Parents and guardians were given the opportunity to bring in clean, gently used uniform items, that their children had outgrown, and “swap” them for other items they could use currently. An assortment of solid colored coats, belts, pants, and collared shirts were available in all sizes. The idea proved to be successful, as many families took part in the event.

People helping people…That’s what it’s all about.
