Harvest Ministries Outreach Center, located behind the Pizza Hut in Wadesboro, will host its annual Community Christmas Blessing event on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is scheduled to begin after area church services.
Buses will be picking up those interested in attending on Sunday morning between 9:30-10:30 a.m.
HMOC will be giving away hundreds of toys, prizes, bicycles and much more. HMOC has partnered with Anson County Toys for Tots to reach more children and families.
One lucky person will win a new television, $200 in cash or a special surprise prize.
Lead pastor Steve Adams invites the community to partake in a free Christmas meal for the entire community.
Buses will be running during the dinner to provide meals to shut-ins, nursing home residents or others. For a free ride to the event or to donate gifts, call 704-695-2879.
