WILMINGTON — Three Anson County students have been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Morgan Elizabeth Kendall, of Polkton, and Lucretia Beanica Tillman and Jordan R. Tucker, both of Morven, received the honor.
To make the dean’s list, students taking 12-14 hours must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or better with no grade less than a B (3.0). Students carrying 15 hours or more are required to make a GPA of 3.2 or better with no grade less than B (3.0).
Only students taking at least 12 hours are eligible. Those in the honors program taking 12-14 hours but who will not get a grade for the honors will can make the dean’s list if their GPA on the other 9-11 hours is eligible.
