POLKTON — The Polkton Police Department and Anson County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from Union County Sheriff’s Office and Norwood Police Department, arrested three individuals charging them with possession of illicit drugs.
On March 29, law enforcement conducted a search warrant at 289 Old Highway 74 in Polkton where they found 3 grams of ecstasy, 47 grams of fentanyl, 76 grams of marijuana, 22 grams of heroin, and 85 grams of meth, according to a press release.
Arrested and charged were John Ulyses Manis (69), Darrell Adam Manis (48), and Sarah Lynn Love (38). They were charged with 12 felonies each including trafficking and possession with intent to sell and deliver.
All were booked into the Anson County Jail with bonds set at $350,000 for John Manis, $300,000 for Darrell Manis, and $250,000 for Love.
