To the editor:
Ansonians have a unique opportunity to vote for a native Ansonian for lieutenant governor. Holly Jones was born in Wadesboro. Her mother, Diana, taught for more than 25 years. She was my eighth-grade teacher. Her brother, Matt, has been involved in education. Her father was a lawyer in Wadesboro.
As lieutenant governor, Holly would serve on the State Board of Education and the state economic development board. These two areas are critical to the stability of life in Anson County. The primary elections are March 15. Find out where you vote and take a friend. Show everyone that Anson County supports Holly Jones for lieutenant governor.
