The Burnsville Recreation and Learning Center brings back the annual Golden Sweetheart event on Saturday, May 1 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

BURNSVILLE — Join the Burnsville Recreation and Learning Center for a special Golden Sweetheart event on Saturday, May 1.
This annual celebration brings together those who are 75 years and older to BRLC. The event starts at 2:30 p.m. and will go to 4:30 p.m.
There will be a variety of food, beverages, music from the past, games and fun for all.
Those in the 75 years and older age group will be crowned at Golden Sweethearts 2021 and each person will be recognized for their spiritual wisdom.
People who are not in this age group are still invited to come and join in on the fun. Local students between five and 15 are also welcome to attend and help serve the Golden Sweethearts.
