Easter celebration to be held at Little’s Park

WADESBORO — Brothers 4 Life and Anson County Parks and Recreation will be hosting “Easter Party at the Park” on Saturday, April 16.

Festivities will include an Easter egg hunt, games like a potato sack race and cornhole, kickball, prizes, music and food.

The Easter party will be from noon until 4 p.m. at Little’s Park (845 Airport Road) in Wadesboro.

First Presbyterian to host Easter egg hunt

WADESBORO —The First Presbyterian Church is having its Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 9.

Children ages one to fifth grade are welcome, and every participant will receive a goody bag. Participants who find the gold and silver and eggs will also receive prizes.

The Church asks participants to bring their own baskets.

The hunt will begin at 10 a.m. in the Church Garden next to the Church at 208 South Greene Street in Wadesboro.

Homes of Hope to host Easter egg hunt

WADESBORO — Anson County Homes of Hope will have its first annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 9.

There will also be prizes and a raffle; raffle tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5.

Everyone is welcome. The festivities will start at 10 a.m. at Calvary Episcopal Church (308 East Wade Street) in Uptown Wadesboro.
