WADESBORO — At 1:24 p.m. Monte Emanuel Caraway, 33, was admitted to the Anson County Jail. He is being held on one count of Second Degree Disorderly Conduct/Misdemeanor Intoxicated and Disruptive and one count of Felony Probation Violation. He is being held on a secured $41,000 bond and given court dates. Guilford County was the arresting agency.
PEACHLAND — At 1:20 p.m. deputies responded to a report of an assault on a female. Charlie Atlas Nance, 77, was arrested and charged with Misdemeanor Assault on a Female. He was held on a $500 unsecured bond and given court dates.
LILESVILE — At 6:07 p.m. deputies responded to Ingram Mountain Road in Lilesville following a report of drug/narcotic violations. Christopher Phillip Burroughs, 46, was taken into custody at 7:02 p.m. and charged with one count of Misdemeanor Assault on a Female and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine. He is being held on a secured $15,000 bond and given court dates.

PEACHLAND — At 8:48 a.m. deputies responded to New Home Church Road following reports of damage to personal property. Christopher Wayne Mullis, 36, was taken into custody and admitted into the Anson County Jail at 1:23 a.m. He is charged with one county Larceny, one county Injury to Personal Property, one count Breaking and/or Entering, one count of Second Degree Trespass, and two counts of Probation Violations. He is being held on a $55,000 bond and given court dates.
WADESBORO — At 11:25 a.m. an Order for Arrest was issued for Briana Maria Marshal, 18. She was taken into custody at 11:50. Marshal was held on a secured $1,500 bond and given court dates.
WADESBORO — At 3:01 p.m. deputies responded to Stop and Shop on US HWY 109 S following a report of reckless driving to endanger. At 6:45 p.m. Ciaderic Chevez Huntley, 20, was arrested. He was charged with Felony Flee/Elude Arrest and Misdemeanor Reckless Driving to Endanger. Huntley was held on an unsecured $3,000 bond and given court dates.

POLKTON — At 4:21 p.m. deputies responded to US 74 in Polkton following reports of a subject requesting a ride from people on US 74. After running the subject’s name through communications, they were found to have active warrants for their arrest. Radion Austin, 41, was taken into custody and served warrants. Austin was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond and given court dates.

WADESBORO — At 11:56 p.m. deputies responded to Raintree Road following a report of someone communicating threats. Aaron Christopher Rogers, 32, was taken into custody at 2:15 a.m. and charged with one count Felony Breaking and Entering (forcible), two counts of Larceny after Breaking and Entering, one count of Misdemeanor Injury to Real Property. He was held on a $3,000 secured bond and given court dates.
