Peachland-Polkton Elementary School collected 564 new toys during the recent Toys for Tots drive, according to Principal Travis Steagall. The outpouring of support bowled over school staff. “PPES has contributed to the campaign for many years and (we) are proud to see a huge increase in the number of toys from last year,” Steagall said. “This is a great display of character from our wonderful students, staff and community.”
