Anson County Parks and Recreation’s Swimming Pool opened on June 6 for the summer season. The pool will be open on the weekends only until June 16.
Starting on June 16, the pool will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2-5 p.m.
Cost is $1 per person. The pool will be closed on Mondays and Fridays for maintenance.
Swim lessons are available and are $18.
Class #1 will run June 15-25, Class #2, July 6-16, and Class #3, July 20-30. Times are: 9:30–10 a.m., Beginners; 10:15-10:45 a.m., Advanced; and 11–11:30 a.m. Parent and Child.
