Highway Patrol can now track 911 callers and troopers after statewide communications upgrade
RALEIGH — The North Carolina State Highway Patrol (NCSHP) can now immediately track your call with GPS and pinpoint the nearest trooper, after an upgrade to the agency’s statewide computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system.

Spelling Bee all-stars
Pictured is just a few of the Spelling Bee classroom winners at Wadesboro Elementary School. The winner at the school was Chyna Blakeney, and Xavier Flores was the runner up.
