ANSONVILLE — Ansonville is looking more colorful these days.

As part of a beautification project, about fifteen flowerpots have been planted throughout Ansonville, with new changes to be made in the fall.

“We give people the opportunity to adopt the flowerpots for various reasons — in memory, in honor, etc,” said Public Works Director Jason Mullis in an email. “They plant the pots and the town maintains them. It has been a success.”

The most recent resident to adopt a flowerpot declined to comment for this story.
