Peaches n’ Cream reopens for the spring and summer
WADESBORO — Peaches N’ Cream opened its doors for its spring and summer season on March 17, ushering in nineteen years of selling local produce and sweet treats to the community.
Cars filled the parking lot as people came to get Peaches n’ Cream’s famous peach cobbler and peach ice cream.
“Peach cobbler with a scoop of ice cream was the best seller of the day,” the company said.
They also sold products that included an early variety of fresh strawberries, potatoes, apples, fruit cider, local dairy, and fudge. They expect peaches to be ready by mid-May.
“We are excited to begin another year serving the people in our hometown. Opening day always comes with a lot of excitement for us and customers. We had a great turnout and were thrilled to see our loyal patrons,” they added. “We are thankful to have a strong staff of local high school and college kids to start the season. We are blessed to have the support of Anson County!”
